Jenny is excited to have her first public outing with her new boyfriend, but when his secret wife shows up instead of him, Jenny flees to her cousin's house on a remote Scottish island to nurse her broken heart. A holiday fling with a handsome stranger may be just the thing she needs to take her mind off the mess her life has become.

As Royal Bard to the Seelie Queen, Sweet Robin the Rhymer lives a life of luxury and privilege. But when The Ways to the mortal realm open for the first time in hundreds of years, he finds he is not strong enough to fight the temptation to see his old home one last time. If his queen finds out, the consequences will be dire. He is warned to stay in the faery realm, and he fully intends to. If only he could get the captivating smile of one particular mortal out of his mind, he would find it easier to keep his promise.

Jenny and Robin will have to fight for their love. But how could they possibly come out on top when their opponent is one of the fae?

 I am so excited to finally share the book that I have been working on. It is called Sweet Robin  and is a Scottish folktale retelling set in the modern world. We have Jenny - sensible, dependable Jenny, and Robin, human bard to a queen of the faery realm.
